1. Measurement: Weigh out the necessary amount of Pure Activated Carbon.
2. Preparation: Rinse Koi Pharma® Pure Activated Carbon thoroughly to remove excess carbon dust.
3. Placement: Place the carbon inside the included fine mesh bag and position it in a high water flow area of the pond, such as a skimmer, waterfall, or waterfall box.

Dosage Rate:

• Use 2.5 pounds of Koi Pharma® Pure Activated Carbon per 1,000 gallons of pond water.
• For larger fish loads, double the dose to ensure proper removal of impurities.

Maintenance:

• Replace the activated carbon every 2-3 months, as it will have absorbed its capacity and will no longer be active.
